Amy Totty
Vice President, Client Services
Amy has worked in Customer Service for over 10 years and has been in the healthcare industry with Receivables Management Bureau (now Healthcare Receivables Group) for 4 years. Amy serves as the Vice-President of Client Services and is involved in the day-to-day functions to provide our clients with excellent service. As part of her responsibilities, Amy also manages a team of client service representatives that serve as liaisons between HRG’s staff and our healthcare clients.
Amy has a B.S. in French & International Trade from Clemson University and is a member of the Tennessee Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Amy also volunteers with KnoxAchieves to mentor graduating high school seniors who are the first in their family to go to college.
