Cathy Parker
Vice President, Healthcare Outsourcing
Cathy has been in Business Management since 1994. After spending three years managing physician offices, she joined Receivables Management Bureau (now Healthcare Receivables Group) as a Patient Account Representative in 1997. She was promoted to Supervisor of Healthcare Outsourcing in 1999, and then was promoted again in 2004 to Director. Cathy currently serves as the VP of Healthcare Outsourcing for HRG and is involved in the day-to-day management of Healthcare Outsourcing with a current staff of 35 employees.
Cathy holds an Associate degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science from Roane State Community College. She has been an HFMA Certified Patient Account Representative since 2002. Cathy is also involved in many civic and community activities.
